Hi Grade 7 This Monday we will apply some great wellness strategies to get us ready for a relaxing and well Holiday over the Winter Break. Please bring anything that you would like to support this for your class. We will have holiday music, essential oils, zen doodles, make cards for homeless people in Calgary and if you want to bring a treat to share with your classmates while we apply wellness strategies (optional) please be nut and peanut aware.
